3Scoops was engaged to help Cotton On Group create an employer brand campaign for their Global Retail Operations, with the objective to attract and retain global talent to enable growth. The campaign needed to capture the essence of our Australian lifestyle and celebrate all that is unique about COG in markets with less brand awareness than we enjoy at home.

 

The Solution

Cotton On have been doing things the Aussie way since ‘91, from down under but always looking up. It's this approach that they can take to the world. The 3Scoops team developed an authentic campaign platform that captured this true spirit of the Aussie lifestyle.

The 3Scoops team developed the campaign strategy, messaging, and creative application, plus provided production support to the internal content team. The framework from this project was designed to set the direction for future recruitment messaging, quickly and easily rolling into other projects with efficiency.
